CapNest was founded by Rafał Karczemny, a business consultant and project manager with over 10 years of experience leading transformation, implementation and strategy projects. Depending on the client’s needs, CapNest engages trusted Project Managers, analysts, advisors and interim managers. This way the team is built around the specific challenge rather than a ready-made package.
