Technical note: the full data controller details (entity name, address, registration data) will be completed once confirmed. Until then, this document describes the actual scope and purpose of data processing on the website.

1. Data controller

The controller of personal data processed in connection with the use of the website capnest.pl is CapNest.

2. Scope and purpose of processing

We process personal data only to the extent you provide it yourself. This mainly concerns the data entered in the contact form: full name, email address and — optionally — phone number, company name and the message content.

  • Purpose: to answer your enquiry and propose a next step of cooperation.
  • Legal basis: the person’s consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling business correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Retention period: for the time needed to handle the enquiry and any further correspondence, and then until consent is withdrawn.

3. Cookies and analytics

The website uses Google Analytics 4 (provider: Google Ireland Ltd.) to analyse traffic and how the site is used. Until you give consent, the tool runs in a limited mode (Google Consent Mode) — it does not store cookies or identifiers, and only anonymised, aggregated signals are sent to Google. Cookies and full statistics are enabled only after your consent in the cookie banner. IP addresses are anonymised. You can change or withdraw consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Google may also process data outside the EEA on the basis of standard contractual clauses. We do not use marketing cookies. Fonts and other site assets are hosted locally.

4. Data recipients

Data may be entrusted to entities providing us with technical support (e.g. hosting or email providers) only to the extent needed to handle the enquiry and under appropriate agreements. We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Once you consent, Google (Google Analytics) is also a recipient of statistical traffic data.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data and receive a copy of it;
  • rectify, erase or restrict processing;
  • object to processing;
  • data portability;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal;
  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website evolves or the law changes. The current version is always available at this address.
